ChromID® Vibrio: ensured reliability

The innovative formulation of ChromID® Vibrio includes  a specific chromogenic substrate which reveals distinct enzyme activities, and therefore allows the identification of different Vibrio species through their change of colours:

  • Colonies of V. cholerae are bluish-green to green
  • Colonies of V. vulnificus are bluish-green to blue
  • Colonies of V. parahaemolyticus are pink
